SkyLi 4a35f09103 fix: send RGB image to diagnose(), not grayscale 
The upstream diagnose.py expects RGB input for YOLO detection.
Revert to RGB since the detector needs 3 channels.

SkyLi 8c4ba20920 upgrade: infrared-data 0.1.0 -> 0.2.0 
Breaking API changes in upstream:
- TempFeatureExtractor no longer accepts model_path
- Use FaultDiagnoser.diagnose() for detection + temp extraction
- Image should be grayscale (matching file-path behavior)

SkyLi 1e6a4fb6c5 clean: remove unused URL constants from config 
The WEIGHTS_URL and WHL_URL variables are no longer needed
since whl package and weights are now placed manually.
